Signing up in advance for our Whirlaways Dance will help us determine if we have enough dancers to meet the “overhead” of putting on a dance. The deadline to sign up is 6PM on the previous day for C1 / noon on the day-of for A2.

To sign up for a dance:

• If there is no dance listed for a particular date, we’re not dancing that date and / or we’re not having a dance at a particular level on that date.
• Look for the “black flag” symbol next to the dance event itself. If there’s no black flag, the signup option hasn’t been enabled yet.
  If there is a “black flag” symbol, then click on dance event name.
• Click the blue signup button.
• ONE Name, please, under “Full Name.” If you and a partner are coming, please sign up separately. Having one name per entry gives us an accurate count of how many attendees there will be.
• Email address is optional. If you enter it, it’ll help us reach out to you if we need to. (For example, if we don’t have your phone number and we need to cancel a dance at the last minute.)
• Email addresses cannot be used more than once for any one dance. If you and your partner share an email address, please enter it for just one sign up and leave the other blank. (Email addresses cannot be seen except by the calendar administrator.)
• Click Save.
• You can scroll to the bottom of the page. If you see your name(s), then your signup was successful.

If something comes up after you’ve signed up, and now you can’t make it, please fill out the form below as soon as possible. Your attendance may be critical, especially on the Challenge side of the house, in determining if we have enough attendees to go ahead with the dance.
